MIAMI — Random Jamie Foxx sighting in South Beach!
More than a year after recovering from a mysterious illness, the “Ray” star was seen over the weekend in fine form, and partying with a bunch of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” stars.
On her Instagram, Porsha Williams posted a carousel of her girls’ night out at Prime 112 with fellow castmates Phaedra Parks and Cynthia Bailey.
The ladies were in town for Bravo’s Fan Fest at Ice Palace Studios hosted by Andy Cohen earlier in the day.
“Baby a time was had,” the Bravoleb captioned the post, which adds that the whole crew broke out into song at the upscale steakhouse. “We turned Prime into karaoke hour.”
In one of her videos you can see Foxx and a group of people around at a table full of fancy desserts. On their set list: Aaliyah’s “One in a Million,” Mariah Carey’s “We Belong Together” and Rick James’ “Fire and Desire” (with Williams alarmingly using a large knife as a “mic”).
Proof positive that Foxx is completely recovered? The veteran comic began to rub his hands together behind Parks’ behind as she twerked.
“It’s warm out here!” he joked to the camera.
While it is still unclear what ailed the Oscar winner, he does touch on his health in a Netflix special called “What Had Happened Was,” streaming on Dec. 10.
“People asked me what kind of special is it… I tell them it’s a thank you…. To everyone that sent upper prayer,” he wrote in an announcement of the show. “Also an answer to a lot of questions that’s been out there.”
Foxx experienced a medical emergency while shooting “Back in Action” in Atlanta in April 2023, and was hospitalized for about a month. He has kept largely out of the spotlight since then; Saturday night was the first time the Hollywood vet’s been spotted in the area since the episode.
